One address, read by the person who builds the index. One reply, within one business day, from a human.

One address, a person behind it

Everything goes to hello@thecorpusindex.com, and the person who answers is the person who builds the index. There is no ticket queue, no chatbot, and no sales sequence waiting for your address.

Response time: one reply within one business day. If something takes longer than that to answer properly, you get a note saying so rather than silence.

What to write about

  • A correction. A number, a fact or a characterisation you believe is wrong. Point at the page. Free, always, and applied to the next edition — see the right of reply.
  • A full audit. Your vendor page shows the gap; the audit shows the route out of it. Say which vendor and what you want it to answer.
  • A segment request. You work in a market that is not field service and want it measured.
  • A security issue. Put "security" in the subject and read the disclosure page first.
  • A press or research question. The method is documented and the figures are quotable with attribution.

What we cannot help with

We do not recommend which software to buy — the index measures published attention, not product quality, and treating it as a buying verdict would be misusing it (see the disclaimer). We also do not remove a vendor from the index on request: an accurate measurement of public pages is not something a subject gets to withdraw. A reply, however, is always published.

Legal and postal contact

The Corpus Index is an independent publication operating from Italy. For formal or legal correspondence, write to hello@thecorpusindex.com with "legal" in the subject and a postal address will be provided.
